  If I have a service listed as TCP port 443 and Port 80 and the URL category defined as (example): yahoo.com and homedepot.com then the only traffic that should hit this rule would be when users visit yahoo.com and homedepot.com and they use https and http correct? Source: 12 months ago

  It depends on the volume but you could find an Order Management System (OMS) for your selling channels. This software would allow you to sync your orders into the software and stream line the pick pack process. Options like shipstation.com etc. This is better for lower volumes.
