The method that seems to work most reliability with all devices and all ecosystems is a Zigbee2MQTT software hub running on a computer alongside Home Assistant. There are loads of 3rd party tools that can do mostly what you are asking, but they are not free. I personally use https://contentbot.ai/ and https://nichesss.com/ You actually have to do some work.
