I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me. If you show them that you can identify value that they need created and can create it, you take a lot of that work off of their plate.
