• Trying out Hevy with my clients. My Thoughts

  On the web interface, your can nest your workouts into folder so that they're easy to track and organize. For example if you're on a PPL 6 week meso-cycle you can create every workout for the next 6 weeks on hevy.com . But once synced to the Apple Watch the folders just become a flat list which you have to scroll through to find the right workout. Would be nice if folder structure transferred to apple watch .   Psychiatrist - You can refuse the treatment options they offer and ask for alternatives, or suggest your own. You should tell this psych, if you decide to keep them, that the side effects from the meds are too strong and you do not like them. • Needing a mental health diagnosis asap

  Doctor On Demand App is a telehealth provider that accepts Tricare and they treat anything from a cold to seeing a mental health professional. My experience with them so far has been amazing.
