Go to healthcare.gov and see if you qualify for insurance. Maximum out of pocket depends on the type of plan you pick and what it covers. If you don't qualify through healthcare.gov, you will need to buy insurance on your own which could be quite expensive. Source: 6 months ago
You can still get it done without insurance, it's just really expensive. It will be thousands of dollars cheaper to get insurance for a year or so and have the surgery covered than to try and pay for it out of pocket, so it's worth maybe getting insurance. So it definitely happens on the HBO Max app from the play store, but does NOT happen when I stream from play.hbomax.com in fullscreen...weird stuff...but also I don't remember ever seeing anything about a 480p limit from streaming apps, and the HBO Max app is definitely higher resolution than that, it looks exactly the same from the app to the website...thanks for the tip though, I guess I'll just use the websites...
