  I just started posting them to YouTube last week. I use headliner.app, which auto-generates and auto-posts a video to my YT channel based on when a new episode gets posted to my podcast's RSS feed. It's nothing crazy but it pulls the title and description from the podcast feed and grabs my channel art.   If you load that text file into Subtitle Edit (the Windows version, unfortunately the web version doesn't work for this!) it will work out the format, then you can export it as SRT from there. Source: 12 months ago
