This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? On Facebook, I often see captions printed on top of the video as a separate block (see example below) which solves my two issues! Unfortunately, the only program I can find to create captions like this is zubtitle.com which is great if you want auto-generated captions that are only available in the language spoken in the video.
