HaloPSA has been a great experience for us. We have been using it for just under a year and had tried several systems before we found HaloPSA. HaloPSA was the only one that ticked all the right boxes with its modern, clean and fast interface, huge array of integrations, fantastic support and very competitive price.

Some professional software such as TrueCoach or Trainerize can help to make your clients experience much smoother and make you appear more professional. Some kind of scheduling system such as Calendly can also be very helpful. You should understand how to program effectively for your clients. Shadowing other trainers can be very enlightening too.
