Have you tried asktrim.com? You send them the bill, they negotiate a better rate, you pay them 15% of the annual savings. And they'll keep coming back for more cuz it helps them too. They've renegoticated my cell bill 4 times in 2 years and saved me over $1,400, and charged me about $450.
