Gyroscope VS Health Sync

Hey guys, thinking of tracking wellness metrics such as sleep water intake etc to a dashboard/app. The main tools I have found are Exist.io, Gyrosco.pe, and conjure.so. For those of you who have tried them I would love to know what are the pros and cons with each one? Or if you have any better ones any help is greatly appreciated! Source: 10 months ago

Not to complicate things but I use an app called Gyroscope https://gyrosco.pe/ and it ingests data from both Apple Watch and the Oura Ring to give you a more holistic view. Also, this way if I’m not wearing one device I’m still getting data from the other. Also using Pillow with Apple Watch for sleep when I wear the watch to sleep. But overall, I do agree that there is quite a gap between how Apple Watch and Oura... Source: over 1 year ago

I think you may need the paid option to sync all things, I do t remember how much it was to buy but it wasn't too expensive when I bought it years ago. Have a look at their website https://appyhapps.nl/. Source: about 1 year ago
