You might have missed the valuation graph from gurufocus.com. It represents historical p/e, p/b, p/s and future estimates. In general though for me personal at least I'm more interested in the quality of a company vs the valuation. It always fluctuates and if a great company is over valued I put it on a watch list. Another important parameter to observe is the overall market valuation. As with individual stocks, the overall market can be measured with P/E ratio and P/S ratio. Better yet, Alpaca.com (the stock site) used to have a mostly free api where you can get good stock data. I say **mostly** free because the trick is, take $50 bucks, open an account with them and you get access to the api. You don't have to make a single trade, just let the $50 sit there.
