After that, you can navigate to the folder with the code (the folder containing the waf script), and run the commands as described on the Guitarix home page. I use https://goplayalong.com/ . It does not have all the bells and whistles of soundslice, but it lets you sync guitar pro tracks to mp3's and it is just a one-off purchase of 30 bucks instead of monthly subscriptions. Source: about 2 years ago
