I have this app too, it is growveg.com. There is the planner that lets you layout your garden. It has companion planting suggestions as well as the ability to set up crop rotation for succession seasons. You can also add specific varieties of plants if they don’t have them in the database already. There is a journal as well, to keep notes and add photos. Acuity or Calendly would also let you do this. People normally use these sites to allow their clients to schedule meetings or classes, but you could certainly set up a calendar for your boss where you are the only "client" — you're the only person who schedules meetings.
