You probably don't need co-founders and you can explore options and ideas in communities like growthmentor.com, for example. You can try with fractional employees or consultants/freelancers. However, I've seen bootstrapped success stories of a product/tech founder coupled with a marketing co-founder (check plausible analytics, for example). You might be able to meet potential coaches through meetups or reaching out to friends of friends in your network. There are also sites for coaching. The one I'm on is mentorcruise.com and last I checked they give mentees a free trial period with the mentor. Source: over 1 year ago
