You also need to know who can reasonably pay professional freelance rates. A mentor advised me to refer to the website Growjo. Look the company up. If they're on there, check the company's annual revenue (not per employee revenue, but overall company revenue). You're looking for businesses that bring in $3 million or more per year. What we found is that these are not necessarily problems of the underlying medium (a notebook), but more of the specific implementation (Jupyter).
