Not sure if you're the owner or how much processing the payments cost but see if Gravity payments can help you. I don't work for them nor do I know anyone that uses them but he has a cool story on twitter about paying employees a minimum of 70k a year. You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: almost 2 years ago
