Not sure if you're the owner or how much processing the payments cost but see if Gravity payments can help you. I don't work for them nor do I know anyone that uses them but he has a cool story on twitter about paying employees a minimum of 70k a year. I live in England as a guardian, and the agency collects the License Fee (aka rent) + Service charge through this "payment institution" called GoCardless. Https://gocardless.com/ I don't know which other services they provide, but basically what they require for me is to set up a pseudo Direct-Debit with them in which you give out your card details.
