I recently signed up for a Paperspace Gradient Pro account and they give you 15 GB of storage initially and then charge you $0.29/GB afterwards. But they let you attach any S3-compatible bucket to your account very easily. So instead of wondering when my datasets would bring me over the 15GB, I just signed up for a Filebase account and set up a bucket with Sia as a backend. Now for another $6 a month, I get 1... I used GIMP (https://www.gimp.org) and Dia Diagram Editor (http://dia-installer.de) I can't say I was very happy with either for what I was doing (laying out mount points for solar panels) FreeCAD (https://www.freecad.org) looks like a good option as does Inkscape but I believe it has a high learning curve.
