GrabzIt can be used to capture web pages and HTML. The data in web pages as well as the metadata about web pages!!
To do this we created a Screenshot Tool and Capture API that can convert any URL or HTML snippet into a image, rendered HTML, DOCX or PDF document. Services were also provided to convert online videos into animated GIF’s and to extract and convert HTML tables from web pages into a useful data format. To make this functionality even easier to use we created a series of plugins that can be easily added to blogs and websites with little or no coding knowledge.
Our Screenshot Tool can also be used for Web Archiving and to verify what a web page looked at a particular point in time using a time stamp server and file signatures.
Next, GrabzIt’s Web Scraper was created to make it possible to extract data and files from the web pages and PDF documents and transform it into a easy to use format such as a CSV or Database Export. The Web Scraper follow links in the web page like a normal user, however it uses multiple browser instances and IP addresses to speed up the web scraping process.
As our Web Scraper is integrated with our capture technology it can be used to crawl a website and convert every visited web page into a PDF or image for example. Additionally an API was added to the Web Scraper to allow it to be controlled by third party applications and to enable the integration of scrape results directly into an app.
Finally, we have made it possible to analyse the performance of websites and monitor this performance over time.

There are several tools available today that can help you extract tables from PDF files (such as Tabula), or even parse PDFs into structured JSON using AI (like Parsio -> I'm the founder) or without AI (like Docparser). Source: about 1 year ago
Thank you for sharing those! I didn't know them I've only checked this one https://docparser.com/ and I think my solution could be better because it will be easier for the user. Source: about 1 year ago
As previously suggested, if the layout of your PDFs never changes (consistent column widths in tables and placement), you can use a zonal PDF parser like DocParser. Alternatively, an AI-powered parser may be a better choice. Source: about 1 year ago
