Grabcad is a good resource. For parts that are highly standardized you can find a library for all DIP ICs, Pin headers, TO-220 etc. For stuff like capacitors there are so many sizes that it is unlikely to find an exact match at grabcad. Source: 5 months ago

Ok some things here. Stl does not works well with fusion360, you'd be better off modifying it with blender check this video) If you want to use fusion try to find a similar file in STEP format or IGES the best place to find it from is Grabcad. Yeggi.com and thangs.com are a good place to start, they're search engines specifically for print files. The results will link to several different sites where you can browse more models. There's also a search filter to look for just the free models as well. Source: 10 months ago
