I used https://goshare.co/ , which is sort of like Uber for delivery. It connects you to a guy with a truck. We both put the treadmill in the truck back, then he drove to my place. Cost for delivery was 43 minutes * $0.99/min = $42.57 . The used Nordictrack 1750 treadmill cost $200 (retails near $2000 new). Slightly different for us. We had decided to go into education as the first niche for our audio/video search software (https://omnisearch.ai). So we found https://www.thinkific.com/, also a local Vancouver company, and launched our app on their platform (similar to what you would do with a Shopify app).
