I, too, setup alerts for topics I'm interested in years ago, but figured I'd have a look at their alerts page nowadays. For starters, the google.com/alerts page is blank basically, so sending someone there could be confusing. The only thing you can do is ignore them, anything else is kicking the can down the road as you cannot meet their demands forever. You should run a virus scan on every device you use and implement unique passwords for each account + two factor authentication everywhere. I was switching because my CachyOS installation had started to feel "broken", I mean, I had this issue where my browsers were not able to cross 10FPS in running even simple flash games, and wix.com's website builder.
