As always, I appreciate the work you do to share the information you share here. I, too, setup alerts for topics I'm interested in years ago, but figured I'd have a look at their alerts page nowadays. For starters, the google.com/alerts page is blank basically, so sending someone there could be confusing. The only thing you can do is ignore them, anything else is kicking the can down the road as you cannot meet their demands forever. You should run a virus scan on every device you use and implement unique passwords for each account + two factor authentication everywhere. I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping.
