  Goodreads.com allows you to browse recent releases. They have lists of books and a bit of code that can link you from one book to other similar books. Here are some lists to get you started: Middle-grade books published in 2023 (has all genres but the fantasy ones are easy to pick out) YA books published in 2023 (has all genres but the fantasy ones are easy to pick out) Most anticipated adult fantasy in 2023.   w2g is currently bugged at the moment; until it's fixed, I recommend you use a dedicated website/extension like https://getmetastream.com/ or https://hyperbeam.com/ as it is far better because you can use them for any site.
