I had to google "Vaporwave"(totally out of touch with EDM sub-genres here, so I'm going by the description offered on Wikipedia). Reads like a sampling synth' of some kind would be in order from here. I'd suggest Giada, because it's a BEAST. Though having said that, Giada's extreme tweakability can become somewhat overwhelming right off' the bat. It's well worth the effort to learn if you're using a sample-based... This is the basic idea, but there are other apps which can make it easier. I prefer using Audio Hijack for the EQ part and sending it to a pass-through device set up in Loopback (which, for this use case, functions the same as BlackHole). Source: 7 months ago
