There is a fork that compiles to js https://github.com/ghcjs/ghcjs compiler, and I believe the official glasgow compiler is working towards also supporting js/wasm (although I don't think they are supported as of yet). Source: about 1 year ago

In theory it is possible to write applications that run in the web browser in Java or C# or C++. There are compilers to compile Java to JavaScript or C++ to JavaScript/WebAssembly and a C# runtime that runs in the browser. You also can use sites like https://cardoshi.cc or https://pst.net to create virtual credit cards which you can load with crypto and do legal payments with it. Not sure about PST.NET but cardoshi can be directly loaded with XMR, with is a bonus. I'd still advice you not to use such a cards on your legal name. Source: about 1 year ago
