    Aternos is fine as long as you dont have too many people but a cheap paid one that runs 24/7 is ggservers.com I havent done much research on it because I was looking for a free option, but for 3 dollars you can supposedly get a server with up to 12 people with good speeds and no lag that has 24/7 live human support and you can add mods, I didnt see anything about it running 24/7 though.     If your computer doesn't have enough RAM to run a server and play at the same time, you can host a server online for free at falixnodes.net. Be sure to change the "server.properties" settings to allow cracked clients as well. The downside to this hosting is that the RAM is limited and depending on how many servers are currently using their resources, but the amount of RAM you get is still better than the other...
