  I made a hotel reservation from zenhotels.com about 4 months ago. I decided to call the hotel to make sure my reservation was confirmed just to be safe, and they told me my reservation was cancelled, even though I did not cancel it and it says its still active on the zenhotel website. So lesson learned, nothing is guaranteed. Hopefully this will save someone some headache like I just went through. Source: over 2 years ago
