Just found a tool named gemoo.com, it's something like loom, but it allows to embed youtube and vimeo videos, that just meets my need. So I can record my online courses, as well as embed youtube video in one place. But it doesn't allow to add tags, that's not good for a knowledge management. Source: over 1 year ago

I just saw Walnut.io [1] demo for another product today. I skipped through most of the demo, did not really understand anything about the product. I think it is not the tool but really depends on who and how these product tours are built.
