We run standups every day, however only 2x of them are a Teams call. The other 3 are run using a tool called Geekbot (Yes scrum masters do hate this) which is basically just a chatbot that sends you the standard standup questions and you can answer whenever you feel like it. Totally regional dependent. Check out the website 'winnie.com'. If they serve your area you can see which daycares have 'openings available now'. In my area major metropolitan there are a ton of openings - you call them a year in advance and they say 'call me a few months before'. But if there are openings you can always waitlist if you see one you really love but send them somewhere else with immediate openings... Source: 12 months ago

I have 3 young kids of my own and have spent much of the last 7 years finding and managing child care for my family.
