There are a ton of good mid-range android units for sale at affordable prices, even new. You don’t need it to be a flagship by any stretch, just something “decent”.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
