My functional doc prescribed lots of supplements and they change depending on my blood work. They have helped me feel so much better. Anytime I feel off I go to her, we get bloodwork done and she adjust whatever is needed, if anything. I get my supplements from fullscript where she uploads my plan of care. Secondly, your vulva and vagina is not suppose to smell like flowers or fruit. As long as the smell is not fishy or overwhelmingly unpleasant then it is fine. A fishy smell can be a sign of an infection. Itching or burning can also be a sign of infection. Discharge is totally normal!
