But at $180 per 50-minute session, it’s the priciest service we tested (though like our other picks, Doctor On Demand accepts insurance). The site...

  • Is it a red flag if a doctor tries to sell you supplements?
My functional doc prescribed lots of supplements and they change depending on my blood work. They have helped me feel so much better. Anytime I feel off I go to her, we get bloodwork done and she adjust whatever is needed, if anything. I get my supplements from fullscript where she uploads my plan of care. If I don't like a supplement she will recommend another one. It's expensive but it's been so helpful for me... Source: 10 months ago

  • Leaky gut and migraines
I purchased all of these through http://fullscript.com - I don't trust Amazon or supplements anymore. Too many fakes. Source: over 1 year ago

  • In Need of a Quality Therapy (that accepts Blue Cross)
Psychologist: Try Dr. On Demand app: https://doctorondemand.com/ This will give you access to a much wider breadth of psychologists outside of the Sac/CA area, and you can simply just pick a different person each time without having to go through the hassle of driving/etc. Source: 10 months ago

For online dr appointments I’ve used https://doctorondemand.com several times with great results. $79. Source: 11 months ago
  • I was just fired. I really need few kind words right now.
Psychiatrist - You can refuse the treatment options they offer and ask for alternatives, or suggest your own. You should tell this psych, if you decide to keep them, that the side effects from the meds are too strong and you do not like them. Then ask to go back to your old treatment plan and be firm about it. If they go so far as to refuse to see you walk away, that is not a good physician. Source, I work in... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Alternatives to OneMedical?
Your insurance might still cover it https://doctorondemand.com I had good experience with them and it’s super quick. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Needing a mental health diagnosis asap
Doctor On Demand App is a telehealth provider that accepts Tricare and they treat anything from a cold to seeing a mental health professional. My experience with them so far has been amazing. They are quick, you can schedule an appointment or do a “walk in”, and you can do it anywhere. Hope this helps. Good luck! Source: about 1 year ago
