The only complexity with Temporal is the size of the polyfill. However, an alternative polyfill has been in development for some time now — temporal-polyfill by FullCalendar. Great read u/gigde18. I also think that remote culture is important. I liked the part about building strong connections with team mates. I found this really difficult to do once the pandemic started. There are a lot of roles that rely on having connections in the workplace to build consensus get things you need done.
