Yeah, CSS is something that requires practice. I'll say 1st week (or maybe less) for HTML and then the remaining 2 for CSS. There are some good resources like frontendmentor.io that you can try to get some understanding of how HTML and CSS work together. I'll say don't waste too much time on learning. Please don't ask me to raise this on canny.io, this is not a feature request. I just want to know you either already know about it, or you will take this info and create your own task to sort it out.
