Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output. I believe it to be the case because I found the website ‘My Morning Routine’ and heard about all the successful people who were doing it themselves; I listened to episodes of Impact Theory and heard there about all the successful people doing it.
