Just take that lossless track and encode it to 320kbps Vorbis using a good quality encoder (Foobar or freac). Then load both the files into any ABX comparison tool. I'm mulling over replacing my Fiio X5 III -- had to dive in once already with a solder gun and now the battery is swelling again. The Fiio runs Android OS and Neutron MP is my preferred player--love it. Most of my listening is via Bluetooth (AptX) instead of wired headphones and I'm happy with the results either way.
