Just take that lossless track and encode it to 320kbps Vorbis using a good quality encoder (Foobar or freac). Then load both the files into any ABX comparison tool. For Mp3 files there is Mp3 Gain which can adjust the perceived audio volume WITHOUT re-encoding the Mp3 file so it does not lower quality by re-encoding like many other normalizers do when they re-encode the audio. That could be your best bet if the files are Mp3's. Source: 11 months ago
