I don't understand people who get so worked up over these things. It's a fantasy RPG. You're meant to suspend your belief and roleplay a character in a world that can be vastly different than our own. If things like women, ethnic characters, and a society/mindset that differs from our own upsets you that much maybe stick to games you're comfortable with that don't deal with these topics. How do you like the desk? I'm currently using an autonomous.ai sit to stand desk (i never stand because for whatever reason I can't problem solve as well while standing) and I have a secretlab chair that I think is "just OK" (titan evo 2022), but I've been looking at their desks for a while now. I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability.
