The process of preparing an email address for general use or email outreach is commonly referred to as “Warming Up” an inbox, where you take a number of steps to ensure that an email address does not become deactivated, blacklisted, or automatically marked as spam when it begins to send outgoing messages to other recipients.

For all my family (6 also) I moved all their emails to a free Gmail account, and used forwardmx.io (single domain = US$24/yr) to forward emails to free Gmail, and use their SMTP to send email from my domain. Source: about 3 years ago
All emails going to olddomain.com are handled by forwardmx.io (my own emails forward to [me@newdomain.com](mailto:me@newdomain.com), and the rest of the fam's emails get forwarded to [them@gmail.com](mailto:them@gmail.com)). Source: about 3 years ago

I went to mail-tester.com to check the spamminess of my email and it comes back as a 4.4/10 and says that I should consider myself lucky if my emails go to primary inbox. Is there any way to solve this? Does a tool like warmupinbox.com solve a lot of these problems? Source: over 2 years ago
