For all my family (6 also) I moved all their emails to a free Gmail account, and used forwardmx.io (single domain = US$24/yr) to forward emails to free Gmail, and use their SMTP to send email from my domain. Source: about 2 years ago
All emails going to olddomain.com are handled by forwardmx.io (my own emails forward to [me@newdomain.com](mailto:me@newdomain.com), and the rest of the fam's emails get forwarded to [them@gmail.com](mailto:them@gmail.com)). Source: about 2 years ago

Https://temp-mail.org/ Is one of the harder ones to block. The use unique domains with unique Mx records and cycle through ip addresses. All seem to be on digital ocean though. - Source: Hacker News / 1 day ago
