  • How to be disciplined w/o getting burnt out?
For forcing myself to work, I use either the Forest app or LifeAt. With Forest, I commit kahit mga 30 minutes to sit down and work kahit ayaw ko by planting a little virtual tree. The tree or plant fully grows in your garden after the set tims, pero pag di mo natapos, medyo may pang-guilt trip na "You killed your tree" and wilted siya sa garden :(. Source: over 1 year ago
  • App to track writing progress?

  • To Software folks here - how do you take care of your health (eyes and back especially)? Long work hours in a software role is straining my eyes and hurting my back due to sitting in front of the screen for that long. How do you all manage?
As a reminder for taking breaks at regular intervals. I use this chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/strict-workflow/cgmnfnmlficgeijcalkgnnkigkefkbhd . Set it up based on your requirement. You can also go for a physical Pomodoro timer. Source: about 2 years ago
