Food.com VS Epicurious Recipes & Food Videos

The first time I do a recipe, I follow the recipe, but I make a small batch. If you find a recipe at food.com, you can scale it down to 1 or 2 servings. Then you can decide if it needs more or less of something. For me, I like more pepper and more garlic than some recipes call for. Try looking at OAMC (Once a Month Cooking) recipes online. I know there's a specific subreddit too, and you can use those two search terms (intials and spelled out) on sites like Allrecipes and food.com. This pot roast with winter root vegetables (I use rutabaga instead of celery root, but any root veggies are perfect) No sides needed other than bread and/or maybe some noodles. This is what I do... Cook what I shopped, not shop for something to cook. With staples and spices already stocked, I can hop on allrecipes.com or epicurious.com and find 50 -100 recipes matching the main ingredient. Source: about 1 year ago

Natural peanut butter is fine at room temperature for up to three months before it needs refrigeration (epicurious.com, healthline.com, nationalpeanutboard.org).
