With web there was more opportunity to change price based on impressions. But for big projects - logos, tv ads etc. You almost always need a special license.     Typography: I don't think that compressed sans serif font is very exciting. I know the topic of the poster is pretty bland, but this is a school project. You should be showing off your creativity. Consider choosing two different fonts, one for the headers and one for the body copy.
