I recommend don't go to a "free font-downloading website" (except Google Fonts) and simply download the font for free as you can risk accidentally downloading a virus onto your system.     Apple Symbols only comes in Regular. Try a different font. With your CC subscription, you have access to Adobe entire font library at fonts.adobe.com. And you are in the Properties panel, intended for new users. Open Window > Character to see the faux bold and faux italics options like before. (I don't recommend them, but they will be available.).
