• My Flipkart account has a Gift Card that I'm unable to use on anything and they have zero customer support. What are my options?

  No. As I mentioned in the post, their customer support phone numbers play a pre-recorded message and hang up and their email (cs @ flipkart.com) doesn't do anything. They don't respond to it. There is no means to raise a ticket. Un-fffing-believable. I genuinely think they are flouting some laws with this system of blocking customer support. At least they should be.   You can look at zalando.com or similar websites. If they have they right size, you are safe to move. In the Netherlands we have the law (Wet Koop op Afstand; WKOA) which states you can try most stuff at home and if you do not like it or it does not fit you can return it by mail within 14 days.
