Yes, there are various sites that offer that - check for instance panflights.com which I'm developing. You can enter a flexible departure date, and also a flexible number of nights at the destination using the "Stay length" option - this makes it easier to find great deals. Also, you can include a radius around your departure airport or include your whole country as the possible departure region. Source: 12 months ago
