That’s why I automated all my torrenting. The ads are ridiculous. I use flexget linked to my trakt account. I add something I want to the relevant trakt list and flexget searches various torrent sites, selects a torrent that meets my specifications (quality, size , torrent health), and adds it to my torrent client. Mines Hosted in Docker and combine it with NZBHydra2 as a indexer(lets you add all your indexers usent and torrent in one and send back to medusa or your downloader of choice) and you don't ever have to touch the web.
