That’s why I automated all my torrenting. The ads are ridiculous. I use flexget linked to my trakt account. I add something I want to the relevant trakt list and flexget searches various torrent sites, selects a torrent that meets my specifications (quality, size , torrent health), and adds it to my torrent client. Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me.
