   Straightforward

   I used Fiverr Business to hire an animation artist for employee avatars and was really satisfied both with the turn around time and the feedback taken into consideration. Fiverr Business allows me to save gigs so my coworkers can see which freelancers we should work with again. We will be using this internally.

   👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Quick response time|Free to sign up|Great for collaboration

   👎 Cons:    If you don't respond within 2 days project is automatically approved|Needed to supply very in depth brief for the freelancer to get it exactly how i wanted

  Yea if you go to wyzant.com and search organic chemistry you'll see a ton of other tutors who already teach that subject, and you can see what rates they charge. Look for someone who has similar experience to you in orgo and plan on charging a little less (since you need to attract your first students). Once you sign up you might have to take a quiz but other than that it's pretty easy to get set up. Source: about 1 year ago

  I started years ago using wyzant.com. It was a good start because they do the marketing for you and you can set your own prices. However, they take a pretty large cut.
